Tell us we got something wrong

This is the email we most want to receive. If a certificate is wrong, a scene is described inaccurately, or an age verdict looks off to you as a parent who has actually watched it — tell us.

We aim to correct factual errors within seven days, and we log the correction publicly on the page. See our Editorial Policy.

Request a film or series

If your child is asking to watch something and we have not covered it, email us and we will try to get to it. Most of what we publish was requested by a parent.
