Without a Paddle, a 2004 comedy movie starring Matthew Lillard, Antony Starr, and Seth Green, is trending again! The movie has made its way back into the top 10 on Paramount+, currently sitting at #8 on the streamer’s list.
The film follows three childhood friends who go on a wild camping trip to find the missing treasure of the famous criminal D.B. Cooper after their best friend dies. Though Without a Paddle got poor reviews from critics (just 15% on Rotten Tomatoes), audiences gave it a much better score—68%. It also did well at the box office, earning $73 million on a $19 million budget.
Matthew Lillard, known for his roles in Scream and Scooby-Doo, is no stranger to big franchises. Now, he’s stepping into the world of Marvel. Lillard has confirmed that he will appear in Season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again, which is currently filming. He says his role is small for now, but there’s a chance it could grow in future episodes.
